Quality of Bracelets:
Our bracelets are created using mostly recycled
vintage beads. Because of this, there will
occasionally be a nick on a bead or one may show some
wear in the finish. This is to be expected and adds
to the unique character of your bracelet. We use a
variety of clasp styles and are happy to re-design a
bracelet if you prefer a different type of clasp. We
offer gold or silver clasps in the following styles:
magnetic, lobster and toggle. An additional charge
may apply for certain clasps. Please contact us for
an estimate.

Sizing:
Bracelets and watches are labeled with a size which
represents the approximate diameter in inches. Please
allow 1/4 - 3/4" more than the measurement of your wrist
for the best fit. We will gladly resize your bracelet
before shipping at no additional charge. Bracelet
resizing is free after the purchase also, we just ask
that you pay the shipping charges.
Gift Shipping:
Our products
make great gifts! We would love to send your gifts
directly to their destinations. When placing your
order, please specify the recipient of your gift, the
shipping address and phone number, as well as a short
message we can include on a card with your order.

Returns:
Please
contact us if you need to return an item you
purchased from our store.
No goods will
be accepted for exchange or return without prior
authorization. We will accept returns within 15 days of
the delivery date.
Once we have
received your return, please allow approximately 5
business days for your return to be processed. Your
refund will be issued to you minus the original shipping and handling
fees as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Items:
If an item
arrives damaged or a bracelet breaks, please
contact us. We will work with you to determine the
best way to take care of your concerns.

* Orders of $75 or more are shipped via USPS
priority mail and are insured.
